Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, email us at velartyestate@gmail.com or through the contact page. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please do not return any items without first contacting us, we are unable to process returns that haven’t been authorized.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking to ensure safe delivery.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. This is because our fulfillment system is automated, and shipping labels are typically purchased and forwarded within 12 hours of your order. If you no longer want the item, please wait for the package to arrive and follow our return process once it's been delivered. We're here to assist you every step of the way.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you notice any damage or receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us immediately upon delivery. We’ll evaluate the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In addition to the above, if your order is being delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, no explanation required. As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is needed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll inform you whether your refund has been approved. If it is, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction on their end.
