Velarty AB is a luxury villa concierge and referral service based in Sweden. We connect clients with trusted villa rental partners to help arrange luxury villa stays across Italy, France and other European destinations. Velarty is not a villa rental company and does not own, manage or operate any properties.

Velarty acts as an intermediary referral service. When you submit an enquiry through velarty.com, your details are passed to our trusted villa partner network who will contact you directly with suitable villa options. All bookings, contracts and payments are handled directly between you and the villa partner. Velarty is not a party to any rental agreement.

All villa availability and pricing information is subject to change at any time. Velarty makes no guarantee that any villa will be available at any quoted price. Final pricing and availability is confirmed by our villa partners directly.

Velarty AB acts solely as a referral intermediary and accepts no liability for the quality, safety, accuracy or availability of any villa property recommended through our service. Any disputes regarding a villa stay should be directed to the relevant villa partner.

All content on velarty.com including text, images, design and branding is the property of Velarty AB and may not be reproduced without written permission.

By submitting an enquiry through velarty.com you consent to your enquiry details being shared with our trusted villa partner network for the purpose of arranging your stay. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

Velarty AB reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of velarty.com constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
